About Us
Salute Restaurant opened in 1996 under the management of John Sheehan and in 1997 was voted "best of Phoenix" for Italian food.
John and his wife Nancy later moved to Durango Colorado where they currently own and operate a steak and seafood restaurant called The Red Snapper.
In 2008 John and Nancy purchased Salute Restaurant and brought back the food and service that the neighborhood of Moon Valley has come to know and appreciate.
Salute means cheers and we say Cheers to good food, fun, and friends!
